Trius Capital emerged from the union of FinPlan – a brand that brings with it a decade of experience in asset management and consultancy/advisory – with a solid business group.

With the acquisition of FinPlan, Trius arose with enough strength to successfully transition between two worlds: the real economy one and the financial market one.

  • Participation in the sale of Supergasbras to the Dutch group SHV Energy. SHV Energy bought, in 1995, 49% of Supergasbras and, in 2004, the remaining 51%.

    Advisory on the sale of 95% of Fininvest bank to the Icatu group.

  • Process management and acting as a market maker in market trading on the stock exchange.

  • Participation in the acquisition and integration process of Banco Real S.A. in Brazil, with an operation of approximately R$ 2,3 billion.

    Financial modeling of Petrobras Project Finance, whose adopted solution included a US$ 1,5 billion project and the creation of an SPC, Companhia Petrolífera Marlim - CPM, with capital (equity) equivalent to US$ 200 million (from national shareholders).

  • Participation in the sale of Jari Project. In 2000, Jari Celulose, in Monte Dourado, came to be controlled by Grupo Orsa and obtained the advantages of the sale of the factory, since it not only became economically viable, but also proved to be sustainable, receiving, in 2004, a certification by the Forest Stewardship Council.

    Awarded by Exame magazine (Guide to the Best Investment Funds) as an ABN Amro Real Manager for Best Leveraged Funds, with assets of more than R$ 350 million.

  • Awarded by Meu Dinheiro magazine as an ABN Amro Manager, becoming the great champion of the 2002 edition, with seven five-star funds, according to the classification of Standard & Poor's (S&P), totaling more than R$ 15 billion in equity.

  • Participation in structuring and modeling at PPP Brasil PCH.

    Recognition, as an ABN manager, as a five-star fund by Standard & Poor’s (S&P), a distinction granted to the best multimarkets by Valor Investe magazine.

  • Structuring and coordination of private equity funds – fundraising of R$ 50 million.

    Top 5 Diamond Award granted by Brasil Investe: Investment Funds yearbook from Brasil Econômico newspaper for the FinPlan Fund FIC Preservation Portfolio of Multimarket Private Investment Funds, in the Multigestor Multimarket Funds category.

  • Participation in the sell side (Rapidão Cometa) in the private equity process with a Governance and Management fund and development of growth strategies.

    Participation in the sale negotiations of ABN Amro Private Banking Miami to Banco Itaú S.A.

  • Acting as a CIO in setting up the structure, creating and approving UBS Brasil WM along with CVM and the Central Bank of Asset Management. Participation, already as UBS, in the process of acquisition and integration of Link Corretora (BM&FBovespa/B3).

  • Leadership in integration projects and development of synergies through contracts with suppliers.

    Participation in the turnaround process for profitable growth recovery.

    Recognition of a multimarket fund managed by FinPlan as one of the most profitable in the country by Brasil Econômico: The Best Funds magazine, with five-stars and equity of R$ 59 million.

  • Participation in the evaluation and subsequent acquisition of Consub - Sistemas de Defesa, a national reference in naval defense systems.
