REPORTING CHANNEL
Trius Capital provides a channel to receive reports of fraud, irregularities, misconduct and
/ or hypotheses with indications of illegality of any nature, as well as practices that are
not in accordance with the Corporate Code of Ethics, to all parties that have or not a
direct relationship with the company, such as employees, outsourced employees, partners,
clients and anyone who thinks it is necessary to access our channel.
The report of the complaint must be in good faith, true and ethical and must contain the
minimum information necessary for the Compliance Department to continue the complaint,
through the investigation process. If you wish to identify yourself, your identity will be
preserved, anonymity is guaranteed.
All complaints received will be investigated and treated with confidentiality, independence,
impartiality and exemption by the Compliance Committee.
